Today we went to an amazing vermouth tasting at a very old house belonging to a family that has been producing for over 100 years.
The POW was evident everywhere, from the elements to the results (which were delicious!).
But what impressed me the most was that even though they are a growing boutique company, they experiment a lot.
I came home inspired and eager to set up a professional herb dryer!
