Today for #31days 3x10 weighted: Alternate Row Overhead Press Rotation Press Wall Seat Heel Raise Reverse Lunge (25 minutes) My goals for this challenge are increased balance and core stability, and longer workouts as prep for January’s challenge. Anyone else have any goals they’re working on for this go?

I'll keep lifting my 30# Paincake, at least 150x a day, but my goal is to get back up to 20 pullups. My 12 year old has surpassed me by doing 9, as I fell to 8 after not having the bar up for like 3 years. Maintaining dominance over my pubescent sons, is all the motivation I need to be way more fit when I hit 40, than I was at 30.
