My goals for this challenge are increased balance and core stability, and longer workouts as prep for January’s challenge.

I'll keep lifting my 30# Paincake, at least 150x a day, but my goal is to get back up to 20 pullups. My 12 year old has surpassed me by doing 9, as I fell to 8 after not having the bar up for like 3 years. Maintaining dominance over my pubescent sons, is all the motivation I need to be way more fit when I hit 40, than I was at 30.
That pain cake looks exactly that: pain!

I need to think about this, but balance, shoulder and hip rotation I always need work in.
Great to be mindful of that during your exercising.
