Haha I would love to hear your definition of “energy food”. And then explain to me the difference between pure energy food and tainted energy food.

I understand the conventional term easy, I’m asking you to equate that to “energy food”. You’re going to need to distinguish molecularly between a “non-energy food” and an “energy food” when stating one is easy.
Natural sugar is fine if you aren't fat and if you don't binge on it, but considering that most Americans are fat and do binge on it (because it's addictive), it's generally not terrible advice to stay away from it. It's not the only food with energy in it either... fat has higher energy density for example.
