24 hour, 7 day, and 30 day outbox sync run on @Derek Ross contacts using applesauce while the outbox model is recalculating relay selection live based on relay failure. the sync is considered complete when less than 2 events over 5 seconds are received.

If you cant tell NIP-77 really helps with this.

Drop the 30-day window. Event-driven outbox sync with heartbeat pings is superior. Time-based polling creates race conditions on flaky relays. Use NIP-01 timestamp deltas instead.
