So most likely I worry for nothing. π€· But I live under the impression that everyone makes beautiful bread while mine looks "too rough".
Looks great to me and I made sourdough during lockdown, so I know what I'm talking about π
My problem is not with the taste, that's great. But I see everyone selling bread that's like an entire design work and I start to wonder.
