What? That's crazy Surely every country has some identification for citizens?

We have birth certificates, then national insurance nubdrs, a drivers licence and a passport. The first two you get automatically the others only if you want them/pass. We do not need to carry them with us and only recently have we needed them for renting a house, for example

Okay interesting set of documents. I think all countries have birth certificates it seems. In SA we get ID cards as well that is used for accounts, banks etc. and your ID number is a way to register you for services like health or police or whatever as birth certificates don't have that identification. I suppose it's like a social security number but without the socialism That's why I'm confused by the whole digital version outcry, because you'd have to take your papers in to the bank for a loan or something but now you could use your phone

It is more about the instant control they'll have. Everything linked allows them to control you without any checks or measures. Covid scam lockdown. You cannot leave your designated area, if you do you are automatically frozen out of society, banks, life. You smoke too much so you aren't allowed NHS treatment with anything to do with respiratory problems, you have had your allowance of meat so now you cannot buy any...
