I am participating in SOUND Bitcoin Walk Summer Challenge! I have reached 16982 steps so far! #SoundHSA #MoveToEarn 👇🏻 BUT... 🚧 🚦 🚧✨ Hi, the app is generating an error by not adding my daily steps to the total, remaining fixed at 16,982 steps. This inconsistency is verifiable in the screenshots; the actual accumulated steps are in the weekly count. The same thing happened to me in the previous challenge and I couldn't complete it. Could you correct it or explain why? I would appreciate it. I've updated the app, cleared the cache, etc., and it hasn't improved. I'm an athlete, a Bitcoiner, and the challenge and the app are very original. A great initiative. I was very excited, but these types of problems are demotivating and are bad publicity for the project.

Hi there, we're sorry you're experiencing this bug we are seeing with select Android users where your steps aren't showing in the aggregated total. Not to worry! We'll zap you the sats to make you whole, and hope you'll continue to use our app moving forward as a bitcoiner and sovereign healthy individual! As you see in the health tab, we are still getting all of your steps. This is the first time we're running a week long challenge, and didn't come across this in our previous shorter challenges. We're going to push an update to the Zap store shortly that will hopefully fix this bug on the challenge.

Thank you for answering my request. At this point, I've already managed to complete the challenge. I've seen other users experiencing the same error with the total payment count, or the total is stuck. Yesterday, I had no activity in the app. Before reading your message or response, I tried to help with the problem. In several attempts, individually or in combination, I closed and reopened the app, cleared cache, deleted data, closed and reopened the section, deleted the app, and reinstalled it. I tried everything without any improvement. As a new and additional detail, I started the section again, and the entire point count and statistics in "Move to Ear" and "Health" have been lost. If this app has a log, public and private key, Nostr should save any progress, records, or averages. I understood Sound HSA is and will always be a layer-2 solution and a wallet. Fortunately, I saved screenshots. I was active on days 1, 2, and 4 of the challenge; I have met the goal. It's satisfying to know that you will find a solution for my case. This is my first challenge. It's not just about earning Satoshis. The app is unique. I don't think I've seen anything similar created so far. Please don't miss out on this great and original initiative. Finally, do you need my public "npub" address, the Lighting Network address, or any additional information to help with the process? I normally used the app daily to track steps and also calculate my physical activity and calories regardless of the challenge. Now I can't do anything. How can you help me? Hi friend, the records indicate that you have completed the challenge. So although the Android OS hiccups are causing you to be unable to get to an automatic payout button, do not worry, you will be manually paid out for this challenge. Don't delete but download and install over the existing one and tell us what happens. Take screenshots before and after if you can, so that we can have a comparison for the aftermath. At this moment you do not have to worry about your steps, we have already verified that you have completed the challenge, even though your phone does not show correctly. This exercise is for us to ensure we have fixed the bug with the select Android OS users and we thank and appreciate you once again for your assistance and patience. Ah, you have the Playstore version. You will need to wait for our next push to the Playstore for your update. No worries nevertheless, we are applying a fix. We genuinely and sincerely appreciate your patience and assistance. If you wish to uninstall and reinstall now, please feel free to go ahead and do so. Your rewards for this challenge will not be affected.

Good evening, I wasn't able to respond to your message promptly. I understood from your response that you were suggesting I wait for the new Android update for the Play Store or that it invites me to uninstall and install the APK version, something I'm not familiar with and that complicates everything a bit more for me. Initially, you offered me manual payment of the reward, so I shared my LN⚡ address associated with my SOUND HSA account. I demonstrated, and you have confirmed that I have completed everything correctly. The error or failure is not my fault. Why complicate everything further and make me wait for a new update? A simple LN⚡ payment transaction would resolve everything in seconds and happily put an end to this inconvenience. I suppose you are busy people like me, and with so many things to do, you might forget this as the days go by. The challenge is almost over, and when the update is available, it will be too late to claim the reward. Please, I await your prompt response, thanks you.
