Don’t use the air nozzle in the plane.
It does get hot though…
"Please do not breathe."
2 teaspoons of vitamin c every day 4 days prior to travel and 4 days after returning
Youve got to stop sucking your thumb 👍
I know it's unpopular but seriously I just mask up on planes. I don't think it helps with COVID as that's super contagious but it does help with all the other cooties 🤧🦠😷
Vitamin D and Zinc
And don’t lick doorknobs.
Eat an orange every day when you wake up

Oil of oregano
I dont think we are meant to travel long distances. Messes with your biology. Reveals your weak links, so what you should do depends on that. Respiratory infection? Digestion issues? Mine is the latter so I take probiotic in am and ginger tea in the pm.
Use the airplane air nozzle on full blast aimed a few inches in front of your face. It’s HEPA filtered. If you can stand it, just wear a KN95 the whole time. (BNX is a reasonable American made brand.) That will take care of airborne illness like Covid and flu. Still need to wash hands to prevent things like rhinovirus and other common URI. Taking zinc would help too.
