"not playing by others rules" and just ignoring the global copyright regime almost certainly means copyright-restriction by default, and the rest of us are bound by *those* rules whether you want to be or not

*You* might feel the need to be restrained by rules you have had no input into but don't assume everyone else worships the State the same way. When I put something into the public sphere, I assume that someone might copy or use it in a way that I have no control over, this is the way that songs, books, documents etc. operated for most of history, the concept of "Copyright" is a relatively new one which is still being fought over. The only people who should care in this regard, is the creator of the works and they have told you that it is "Free Use" - effectively giving you the green light to use it in any way you feel like. Just be glad that not everyone on this planet is obsessed with control like you are! ๐
