I’m not sure the evidence supports a connection between commitment to Jesus and favorable outcomes in this life. Some of the most faithful people have suffered terribly, while some of the least religious have flourished.

It’s very true @B Man my friend, that faithful people suffer terribly while people that don’t seem to care flourish. I believe that only happens in this realm.
