As a queen I’d never rescue my king He has to rescue himself or he’s not worth being with me No ego.

interesting... in an FLR, the Queen plays a pivotal role in shaping and molding Her good boy—inspiring him to be the best version of himself possible. but you're right that a Queen shouldn't "rescue" a man. healthy relationships are not codependent relationships. he shouldn't rely on Her for a sense of self-worth. She may provide encouragement, support, and direction on his journey, but it's ultimately his responsibility to take charge of his own life. i love this take because it highlights that strong Women don't want weak men to serve them. how can he best serve Her needs when he's dependent on Her?? a man's role isn't passive; he needs to be an active participant in the relationship. he needs to enrich Her life, not be an additional burden.
But overcoming her fear of heights to rescue her ultra-strong manly-man is what makes Megara the best Disney character!! Definitely WOULD. 💜 But I also wouldn't self-identify as a queen because FUCK the monarchy. image
