Wait, you mean by not feeding it caffeine anymore.

right. no caffeine for me, my life is just headaches now
Try raw garlic and chase it down with something. Maybe just 2 cloves to start.

100% The headache is the signal that a coffee detox was a good choice. LOL i just did that yesterday. Feeling better today, and will enjoy coffee again tomorrow!
Try yerba mate instead.
Goood source of caffeine with better results and health properties.
Then you can add medicinal herbs to it to taylor it you way.
And withdrawal.... Never heard of mate withdrawal symptoms.
Coffee is so good but I prefer mate. And occasionally the best coffee I can find.
Only occasionally because coffee becomes so potent and altering. I've been there ...
You're my hero!!! I tried it once and couldn't make it past 2 days. More power to you!
For me it lasts ~4 days, from there on it's smooth sailing with no ups and downs of caffeine levels. Well worth the struggle and I can have some occassionally without any withdrawal symptoms. I still drink decaf, tastes the same and you get the antioxidants etc. β
your ruining the economy get back to helping Starbucks stay open!
im a βmakes matcha lattes at homeβ kinda girl tbh
You never know who youβll meet at Starbucks.
I was at the Chestnut Street Starbucks in San Francisco. The barista was trying to convince the man ahead of me to try the new Frappuccino. He laughed and said, βThatβs too much caffeineβI might start barking like a dog.β He starts barking like a dog . Then he turns around. It was Robin Williams.
