I already run a node but can't be bothered to do channel management. I'm a farmer and devops engineer, managing channels is not what I want to do. Ecash works for me as a circular economy for nostr stuff. I sell $150 of meat to nostriches, then I buy $150 worth of chrsitmas/Easter gifts. 90% of the time I never have more than $50 in there.
