ESP32-S2 works as well! Cost is 9+3 euro (and well, maybe 1 euro for the filament for the 3D printed case?) #OrangeClock @Marcelinho the case is screwless too. Next version I want to put the S2 mini inside the case as well.

Good job on the #OrangeClock @Marcelinho ! Changed the code a bit but made it work on a ESP32-S3. Mainly needed to change the 4 pins and specify the SPI pins.

Great work @Djuri 🧡 I love that concept! I haven't found any components that are that cheap yet. Unfortunately, the ESP32 is not so easy to plug and play with the display for people who do not want to deal with soldering and wires

It’s the same ePaper display I’m using in the #BTClock, but then the 2.9 inch version: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EwqdZHL The ESP32 is the Wemos S2 mini.
