I think it may have put me firmly in the Michael Saylor camp - not supporting any Bitcoin development at the time.
It sounds like several of the core devs and nostr:npub1lh273a4wpkup00stw8dzqjvvrqrfdrv2v3v4t8pynuezlfe5vjnsnaa9nk all just need to walk away and leave Bitcoin alone. It sounds like we have too many folks who think they're smarter than anyone else and know what's best for the world.
As for spam, I don't see an issue. When I look in my mempool I can see that I can easily get anything confirmed within the next 10 minutes or so.
"No changes" sounds like the best path forward, at the moment.
