Growing your own chilies is such a joy. I only have one plant and harvested some a few days ago to make some sauce. The rest gets picked whenever I need some for my cooking.

Amazing!! Care to share your sauce recipe? I usually make jalapeño poppers and dehydrate the rest of the peppers to make spices and add to dishes. This year I added time bomb peppers to the mix.
When I started my seedlings, all the seeds took and I didn’t have the heart to cull any. I did give lots away but ended up with a fair number of pepper plants and I’m not sorry I did! 🤭
