The only way I can think to fix this is to basically have a walkthrough checklist pop up on other clients that almost hand holds new users through the process. Heck, I work in IT and it took me a bit to figure out. I’ve spent I lot of time creating SOPs for businesses and you have to dumb it down to the most incompetent user to be sure they fully understand. This way it encompasses all users.
