Lame strawman attempt. Non-citizens are not afforded the full rights that citizens have. Read the paperwork that resident aliens mostly sign without reading. Just because a person can fog a mirror doesn't mean they are magically endowed with the full status and rights that an actual United States Citizen enjoys because they happen to have two feet on US territory.
