yes, although I'd say that inter planetary money shall not be exclusively generated in one planet. Bitcoin blocks are hashable from everywhere, bit the lag occurring in blocks trasmission would definitely put all the planets' out of sync wih the Earth's timechain. That would create planetary forks. Probably the best bet is some sort of trustless swap between the Mars Bitcoin and the Earth Bitcoin and so on.
