We don’t agree about selling crack. The State and its interventionism is the problem. The algos aren’t feeding the kids statism like we used to get from radio and tv and newspapers and public schooling. Kids aren’t buying the facade any more because Millenials and younger are done with this shit and aren’t consuming the propaganda like the Boomers did and do. That challenges the State’s legitimacy and they can’t have that. Can’t have people consuming unapproved narratives and wondering how big of a mob would be needed to effectively guillotine all of the parasites in parliament to rid ourselves of this nonsense. That’s all this is about.

I agree with you that state should intervene least possible. Also i think they are trying to fix the problem (ef extremism, child abuse, …) with wrong tools. Typical govt incompetency. Yet I think feeds algos are actual problem then needs to be dealt with. Imagine if buy platform where kids use to flock and i start to sneak addictive hatefull shit to them just. Would you as a parent be ok with it? We can debate level of interventionism we are ok with here but we have regulations that govenrs company practices for hundreds of years
