I have been talking to every miner I meet about doing a limited 5% - 10% hash experiment on ocean to see if it's more lucrative over a two or three month period. Few have expressed interest. It's surprising to me how disconnected miners are from the rest of the bitcoin ecosystem.

I worked in manufacturing for years and the ethos is largely the same. Low technical complexity, high focus on industrialization and finance. The first miner to figure it out will have an advantage. It is what it is.
