Russian mafia attacked Ukrainian's mafia. The fight caused casualties and then the mafias force enrolled the people they enslave to fight for them. War would be over if only professionals volountary people from each mafias had fought.

Anyways, not sure if you are from europe or the other side of the pond but it’s clear to me that you will not grasp what attack on people (and culture) means until the army rolls into your town so I will disengage from this discussion.
