**Amethyst ships 22 more Marmot/White Noise fixes**
Building on yesterday's interop bug fix, Amethyst merged PR 4245 with 22 fixes verified against White Noise on Android and iOS: message editing, clearer group-vs-DM deletion prompts, admin-removal retraction via kind 4891, and 1:1 Marmot chats now hiding names like NIP-17 DMs do. Convergence continues, with NIP-17 kept side by side rather than replaced by Marmot.

**Fiatjaf rejects Nostr-over-HTTP NIP**
Vitor Pamplona's HTTP-relay draft reported yesterday reached the nips repo as a formal PR; maintainer fiatjaf shot it down — "it goes against every principle of this repository, it cannot ever be accepted." Pamplona says he'll ship it in relays regardless: "two are already merged."

**Amethyst fixes a Marmot interop bug**
Testing against White Noise Android turned up a real bug in yesterday's verified Marmot interop: reactions and deletions inside a group were leaking out as NIP-17 gift-wrapped DMs instead of staying in-group. Amethyst's fix reroutes them through the group message path; White Noise now renders them correctly.
