I am proposing a talk at TABConf2023 about Bitcoin’s place in US Commercial Law. The talk will center on the proposed revisions to the Uniform Commercial Code to accommodate Bitcoin. The UCC won’t call Bitcoin money but will give it the characteristic of money. Please look at all the proposed talks and consider upvoting those you find interesting (including mine :)).
