I bought some in El Salvador and couldn't get the liver taste out from my mouth, and everyone that tried it couldn't stand it, either.
drop the recipe? i make tons with top round (basically this one with tamarind paste and sometimes Ethiopian spices https://whatgreatgrandmaate.com/wprm_print/9207), didn’t love the batch i made with beef heart but I’ve liked liver when prepped well
