Why are Bitcoin conferences so expensive and preach to the converted? If we want to drive adoption why aren’t they targeting no-coiners or shit-coiners and are free or at a reasonable cost?

No, no coiners need to pay $500 with btc to get in thats it
Then they can start learning
Unfortunately when something is free, people don't value it. It ironic. Have to charge to get any traction. Seems like its serves purpose to give bitcoiners a community and way to network to build things.
