My regular doctor is a chad. Got to partially orange pill him and my last 4 visits I paid him in Bitcoin. It's usually the surgeons that are dumbasses. Last time I got some gel injected in my hip because they told me it would help. It didn't help at all, cost me 200€ and they damaged a nerve, which resulted in me also having knee pain along with my hip
