welp, I’ve decided to get into drinking matcha again. The bag has expired and is a dark mung bean green rather than the bright green it should be… but according to my research / looking it up, this is fine as long as there is no mold.
I also don’t know where that bamboo whisk went to, but really the most crucial tool is the little mesh sifter to sift the powder so it doesn’t clump. 🍵 #teastr
