Oil and natural gas companies as well as companies that deals with natural resources that took their raw or refined materials at prices lower than the international market or unlawfully, must pay 7% of the total due to each concerned country’s support account in the Algerian Central Bank before the 30th of January 2026. In order to avoid that the CEOs (chiefs; etc.), deputies, boards members, and top 100 investors go in coma along with their family members.
Also each year before the 30th of January further 7% of the total amounts due must be paid to the concerned countries’ support account in the Algerian Central Bank once again to avoid the escalation mentioned above.
