Besides a couple clients that have trending algorithms on the sidebar, we don't have feed algorithms beyond the ones we make for ourselves - yet. 2024 will be the year of the Nostr Algorithm Store!

I’m sure the algorithms will improve, if you give the user what they want to consume, you already earn a lot.
