I think he’s admitting that he does this … ? But yeah I think it’s well known that hierarchical companies, organizations have this “control” aspect to them. And part of that is to make the ‘lower level’ people feel like there is something wrong with them, like they are not understanding something, like those higher-ups understand something important that you don’t. (Re: toxic “professional” cultures 🤢)
