years ago i worked on a digital identity project... it was a hackathon ... we didnt win, but a lot of side conversations were asking me to keep going with it. BUT ... it was based in Web3. ... and I couldn't figure out how to keep the data private. Nostr SOOOO fixes all of that ... which is why I've been a maniac building utilities & services instead of following my startup idea. In the future I imagine. It should be possible to go to the Dentist or enter into a contract with a Landlord ... using their nSec/nPub that they use to transport their data across those relationships ... fully owning their data ... and using multi-sig keys to passport the other person into their data relationship.
