Ohh you need Public Inbox relays. Right now the app (and nobody else) know where to send you notifications. They could be the same as your Public Outbox relays. 3 good ones should do.

As Vitor says, you need to have "read" relays in your relay list. Right now you have 4 relays, all of them are "write". Nostria (Nostr client) does not use the "read"/"write" flags, it will publish to all your relays, independently of the flag.
