My main problem is the absence of ci/cd pipelines. I'm not sure how this can be solved over nostr. Instances should certainly be paid for.

That's useful feedback. I figured this was one of the main blockers for people but you're the only one to mention it in this thread. solutions to this (self-hosted and paid) are coming pretty soon. I'm using it right now.
