I raised chickens a few years back. The weak one always got pecked to death by the rest of them. When the weak one died, a new weak one was appointed by the chickens and the cycle continued. The pecking order is some deep biology built on millions of years of natural selection. I dont think the schools have a chance of stopping that train.

I have had12-15 chickens a few lame ducks and 6-8 turkeys. Ive seen this behavior but ive never seen it terribly often. Weird.

Truuuuue. I’d be careful analogising human systems to chickens too much. Those mofos came for dinosaurs. We’re prosocial apes. We have our own way of doing hierarchy, with our own brand of cruelty.
