I'm a property rights absolutist. So yeah, you can have any animal or plant you want on your property. Doesn't mean you're not retarded for owning invasive or dangerous species, but thats on you. Invasives are a weird case in that if they spread you are responsible for their removal imo, but thats not what is going on here. You know 90% of chestnuts that grow in America aren't native, but Chinese?
