I never ate it until I met @npub1uens...7y76 in college. I did not consume butter or cream before that either. Everything has its place. Toasted cheese with cheddar does not approach the American Cheese experience, however delicious cheddar is, a fact with which I wholeheartedly agree. If I am having cheesetoast or burgers, it is the American Food Product!
