Unlike ruminants, which have incredible fermentation based digestion, monogastric livestock have acid-based digestion which is ill suited for high linoleic acid diets. Unfortunately, the linoleic acid passes through to us in their fat, both on the animal and in chicken eggs. image

Where'd you get those images? I can't find them on their site. I do admit. Animal meat scraps is good for chicken feed protein content. I bet bug based feed is more optimal. Would be interesting to get an analysis VS edible acres eggs.
