I am so far away that it actually does not concern me. So honestly, personally me in this particular case, am just not letting a good tragedy to go to waste, just like Spanish and European governments on this same exact tragedy. The difference is, that in their case it does concern them.

Are we clear on an elementary thing that no volunteer should go and start digging nobody's garden nor street nor moving and fixing cars just anyway he desires? Help means you go to a victim, ask what he needs, if he needs his car fixed, you do that, if he says he is happy with his mess, you go home. See how no special skills nor management of firstresponders and EU are required? Moreover, if Valencians are so at odds with their neighbours that they won't come to help, if they do not approve their skills and gear of helping, strangers from further away should not help either. If your closest ones don't want to help, maybe you do not deserve to be helped. DESERVING is the key word in everything always. Learn from Franco and stop making those mistakes of pampering the undeserving ones.
