Has anyone had issues with particular cords causing coldcard to read bricked after powering up? This happened to me a couple months ago and It seemed to be fixed with a different cord I had laying around… This time that is not working. 5k sats for some advice plz

So a month ago, it literally showed up a red bomb with a timer ticking, then displayed bricked. I found a another cord and the cold card worked fine… Now when I plug in that cord, you can see it flash verify, and then go red instead of green and says on the screen bricked. Are you saying that I need to search for specifically a data cable and not some charging cable?
Rip. If I have to buy another one, so be it…as long as I can restore it with the seed i stamped. Makes me a little hesitant though for sure
It most likely does, but I'm really just being pedantic. The statement was to remove the WiFi/Bluetooth chip. (Instead of one of its resistors)
No worries. Probably just a nasty twitch from a past in test engineering on surface mount boards.
