These are my favorite, but I never thought of self-hosting primal.
It's nice using the very latest dev version and seeing it change.

Primal is KYC now. Avoid. This was taken a few days ago. Other users have noticed also. Use Amethyst or Damus.

You can use an external wallet with Primal too.

Interesting I didn't have that screen. Wondering if I had old version perhaps. 🤔
But this is only for receiving zaps right? They still want to KYC you for sending. I assume it’s the trade off for not getting the Damus treatment
Alby is a full custodial wallet. I use it for both sending and receiving without an issue.
I'm on version 0.95.4, using Obtainium to download via GitHub.
I must be doing something wrong then. My alby is connected, I can receive but I can’t zap you on Primal iOS.
How is Mutiny? Worth adding to my ongoing list of wallets?
