“David, I want traps like that. What do you do for your shoulder workouts?” Enter Shoulder Sundays. This takes place every Sunday morning. The weight NEVER changes. Exercises NEVER change. Reps NEVER change (100 reps per exercise. Can be broken up however. Usually in 3-5 sets). Fitness “rules” and “experts” would never agree to this, but meh power of intention. I believe it works for me and therefore it must. It has no choice. Here’s the workout (I suck at exercise names so match with photos and videos) -Shrugs with Trap Bar: 225lbs x 100 -[upward?] Raises at 70 lbs x 100 -Lateral raises at 25lbs each arm x 100 -Straight bar [front raises?] at 40 Lbs x 100 -Shoulder/Military Press at 37.5 lbs each arm x 100 -Sauna 10 minutes -Park walk 45 minutes -Grilled lamb 🐑 🤤 Week in week out. That is the 4th day in a row of gym then Monday-Wednesdays OFF except nature walking. Oh and I always work out first thing, totally fasted. Empty tank.
