Hey Jennifer, we switched to njump because it is a client agnostic service and we want to highlight the various ways you can access the protocol. Are you on mobile? And if so iOS or android? I believe on iOS there are some issues with automatically opening up your native client that @daniele was working on. On Android you should be able to hit "open in native client" and choose amethyst etc.
