Do you talk about the self-custodial Alby Hub wallet or the shared wallet? if you have sats on the shared wallet you can move them out. how much do you have left?

If you can't move sats out is because Lightning have inbound liquidity and outbound liquidity. If you have let's say 171.000 sats and your inbound liquidity is 50.000 sats and outbound 121.000, that means you can only send 121.000 sat and receive max 50.000. Lightning is a bit technical but when you leatn basics it's really easy especially tools like albyhub. They really make software simple enough for everyone to use.
