Perhaps @Vitor Pamplona can chime in...

It all depends on the logged-in user's relay list, as the current version will only download notes from the logged-in user list instead of the profile user list. Primal just has a central cache with more notes from a few more relays (but it doesn't cover everything as well).

We only load the first 400 or so notes that are in the logged-in user relay list.
