Its like arguing that I am an accessory to money laundering bc one block contains money laundering transactions

I am not a lawyer, but wouldn't you also need to delete the illegal data?
This would be impossible to comply with as a Bitcoin node runner. You need an intact blockchain to run a full node. Scary situation if so.
CSAM law do not operate that way. The Core V30 nodes all over AWS would be a BIG problem for Amazon.
