I would have rather not had a preloaded list of the popular talking heads, or perhaps a B-lister list, users have a small following that has arisen from zero. I guess the discovery tools are a work in progress. Going even further, instead of lists of users, I could have done with a super concise welcoming video with the transcript of how to get going in Nostr. Each client would have agency over what user guide they push to newbies, another differentiator. Or how about two-for-one, the A-lister in the preloaded follow list earns their bacon and they do the welcome to Nostr presentations! :) My first impression of Fountain was that some prominent users were nicely set up ready for the launch,. Meanwhile, I know I'm not the only Nosr user fumbling around trying to get Fountain to work like a Nostr client should.
