**Negotiator threatens regional strikes**
Awaiting Washington's promised Tuesday response to its Hormuz reopening proposal, chief negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf threatened new strikes on regional infrastructure if Iran's security isn't guaranteed, a sharper tone than Araghchi's diplomatic push reported yesterday.
