SPLC funding racism so that *checks notes* they can have more racism to stand against ☺️ Another example of an NGO using the problem-reaction-solution blueprint.
This is not indictment worthy at all, we should be terrified that the DoJ feels empowered to go after civil organizations because they disagree with the.. Like them or not, SPLCs stated mission was to investigate "extremism" according to their definition of it. They solicited donations for that purpose, paying informants for those investigations clearly falls within that scope.
There is evidence that points to them funding right wing extremist groups to fan racism. In any case they will have their day in court and prove their innocence if so
Believe it or not, informants actually have to participate in the organizations they're informing on to gain trust and access to information.
Are you saying the indictment is legit because someone... *Checks notes* planned a political rally? YIKES
If that rally was the KKK, Neo-Nazi Charlottesville rally, where Trump was accused of being racist for some comments which were taken out of context and Biden pointed out that he ran for president because of that particular rally; then that's something to be investigated if the rally was deemed to be inflaming racial tensions. However they will have their day in court and that's all that matters.
