I think whoever finds a match for the person offering the bounty receives it. It would be for finding a match that β¦was promising? Ended in marriage? Up to the payee to set the conditions

Oh okay. I understand. I was not thinking this way. So, essentially a finder's fee. It would make people put in the work to find the match.
